Our Origin Story
Caring for aging parents is a journey filled with love, compassion, and dedication. But it can also be incredibly challenging, leaving you with a mix of emotions that are entirely normal. If you're reading this, chances are you're an adult child who knows this journey all too well.
Jonathan Schwartz has a degree in Entrepreneurship from Indiana University and a master’s degree in Gerontology from USC.
Since 2008, he has been living and working in the field of aging, with a main focus on in-home care and assisted living communities.
At the beginning of 2019, he leveraged his decade-plus experience in the field of aging to start a company, Partner in Aging. Partner in Aging helps older adults connect to caregiving and senior living options.
Jonathan is now excited to launch Generations Aging Advisors, that will be able to serve more families navigate the maze of aging.
Jonathan's passion and aim is to speak to groups to inspire and educate our San Diego community on how to age well.

Vid's personal mission is to help people age well, with joy, grace and dignity. With a rich background in business and technology, Vid brings a wealth of experience to the field of elder care.
Vid has a batchelor's degree in Mathematics and Management from Cambridge University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), an MPhil Finance from the Judge Business School in Cambridge, UK and an MBA from Harvard University.
Vid has extensive experience in health technology as a Product Manager at Google Health, Head of Product at Walgreens, and a Product Leader at Devoted Health. Vid's passion is to bring her expertise in business and health to support families as they navigate the aging journey.
